GRINDERS
Grinder Refurbishment
Cup Mech Refurbishment
Grinders are ideal candidates for our
cost-effective refurbishment service, as a
thorough clean and new blades is often all
that is required to extend the life of a unit
significantly.
Included in the cost, each grinder is disassembled
and both manually and ultrasonically cleaned.
The motor is tested for electrical safety, and the
blades on the unit replaced with brand new ones.
If the motor tests out OK, the unit is reassembled
and put through a full functional test and
returned to the customer with a full 6 month
warranty.

Note: where additional parts are required to
complete a refurbishment, these fall outside of
the standard charge and will therefore only be
fitted after discussion with customers. We will
advise if we think a unit is beyond economic
refurbishment.
670 and 672 series plastic cup mechanism
refurbishment service.
All cup mechanisms will be stripped down and
cleaned, the peeler motor and turret motor will be
replaced, the unit is then reassembled and a full
functional test is carried out. All refurbished units
carry a six month warranty.
Where parts are required to complete the
refurbishment that are not included in the price
we will do this only after discussion with the
customer, likewise we will advise if the unit is
beyond economic repair.
